Good Sip Coffee Company's mission is simple: to bring you the best cup of coffee you've ever had. Remember the feeling you had when Grandma brought a freshly baked loaf of bread out of the oven for the family? The house would smell delicious, bringing you to a place that was at the same time comforting and wholesome. That warm, cozy feeling is the same emotion we hope you'll have when opening a bag of our freshly roasted beans – brewing a pot of Good Sip's coffee will fill your house with its wholesome, earthy and just plain delicious aroma.
Good Sip Coffee Company keeps no pre-roasted inventory on hand – which means every pound of coffee you buy from us is roasted to order. We believe coffee should be consumed as close to its roasting date as possible, so that the complex and robust nature of our coffee can be enjoyed to the fullest. You'll never get a bag of coffee that's been sitting around losing its flavor, and you can be sure that the small batch size allows complete attention to detail in the roasting process.
USDA certified organic, to be precise – with most of our coffee beans also being Fair Trade certified varieties. Good Sip roasts only 100% Arabica coffee beans harvested from coffee rich areas throughout the world. We carry several types of coffee that are of single-country origin; including Colombia, Guatemala, Sumatra and Brazil to name just a few. Additionally, we also feature premium flavored varieties such as Hazelnut, Vanilla, Cinnamon and Pumpkin Spice. If you love the taste of coffee but not the caffeine, we also carry decaffeinated coffees that have had the caffeine removed via the certified Swiss-Water removal process (which is 100% chemical free). Good Sip's very own specialized coffee software, combined with our smart packaging, means that we are able to consistently provide the best cup of coffee around. We're able to keep our eye on the roasting process, along with a feature no other USDA Organic coffee producer can provide: Bean Tracking! That's right, we can tell you just where you’re newly purchased bag of coffee originated, and the route it took from its freshly picked green start to its current deliciously roasted self.
This may not seem like an important statement, but in fact, Good Sip Coffee Company is very proud of the way we sell our coffee in full pound (16 ounce) bags. If you take a close look at your typical supermarket coffees, you might notice something interesting: a pound of coffee, in recent years, has changed its weight! Pound cans of coffee have become 11 ounces, and bags of beans from the big coffee shop chains are only 12 ounces. We believe that a pound of coffee should really weigh a pound, and whether you purchase whole beans or ground from Good Sip, you'll get that full 16 ounces. |
